Overview

We are hiring a Technical Account Manager to join our post-sales team at Stedi, where we are building the world’s only API-first healthcare clearinghouse. You will have the opportunity to impact our revenue by focusing on expansion and retention across our customer base.

In Short

  • Primary point of contact for customers post-sale.
  • Manage onboarding processes including account provisioning and billing setup.
  • Handle revenue expansion opportunities in HubSpot.
  • Daily interface with customers through Slack, Zoom, and email.
  • Escalate urgent issues through customer success engineers.
  • Maintain operational excellence in tools like HubSpot and Slack.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and responsiveness.
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Low ego and willingness to handle all tasks.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace.
