Overview

Stay Ai is a fast-growing Series A tech company looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role involves owning critical accounting workstreams and supporting financial reporting in a dynamic environment.

In Short

• Own key components of the month-end close process.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and internal reporting packages.
• Support annual financial audit by coordinating with external auditors.
• Partner cross-functionally on business-critical initiatives.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation.
• Assist with FP&A tasks such as variance analysis and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–6 years of accounting experience.
• CPA or actively pursuing licensure.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with SaaS or revenue recognition is a plus.
