Overview

The Case Management Consultant will work collaboratively with community members and stakeholders to enhance case management services and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Maine’s service delivery system.
  • Ability to analyze program data for improvements.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ability to conduct detailed records reviews.
  • Proven ability to manage integrated systems.
