In Short

• No cold calling! You work with your own portfolio of established clients from the startup sector.
• You help founders scale their startups by filling their most important key positions.
• You use LinkedIn Recruiter, job postings, Xing, and other tools to build your candidate pipeline.
• You guide your candidates through the recruiting process and remain their point of contact.
• Our agency is growing! You can contribute to internal projects while managing daily business.
• No elbow culture! You co-source with the team, supporting each other in power sourcing sessions.
• You participate in weekly learning sessions (podcast & book discussions / workshops / presentations) to deepen your industry knowledge.

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of recruiting experience in a headhunting agency.
• You work data-driven and can independently optimize your conversions and pass-through rates.
• You impress with charisma and can advise senior stakeholders, influencing decisions with your expertise.
• You have curiosity and interest in the startup sector: E-commerce and Software as a Service.
• You find it easy to organize yourself independently in a remote setup.
• Languages: German & English at C1 level.
