• You’ll be proactive, curious, and independent—excited about meeting new people and creating opportunities.
• You’ll help us do smart outreach and find great candidates.
• You’ll help clients build committed, long-term teams.
• You’ll have our tools and support but also space to make this your own.

Requirements

• Someone currently working onboard (Head of Department desired).
• Someone involved in hiring or team building onboard.
• Someone ready to explore something new, on the side, with freedom.
• A people person. Organised. Self-driven. Fun to work with.
