In Short

  • Rapidly respond to inbound leads via phone and email.
  • Qualify inbound and source outbound leads.
  • Book meetings for the sales team.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quota.
  • Understand STARLIMS value proposition and market.
  • Adapt messaging based on market feedback.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Leverage social media to connect with prospects.
  • Work on a technical product that matters.

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years Lead qualification/ SDR or Sales Experience.
  • Passion for sales and desire to advance in role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to achieve a high volume of daily activities.
  • Enthusiastic and self-starter approach.
  • Native proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity for innovation.
  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
