Overview

As the Head of B2B Sales, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our key trading partners and actively shape the expansion of our B2B business. Your focus is on strengthening existing partnerships, systematically uncovering growth potentials, and advancing our B2B setup in a data-driven and scalable manner.

In Short

  • Develop and manage key accounts focusing on long-term partnerships and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Conduct negotiations, annual discussions, and commercial agreements based on clear KPIs and forecasts.
  • Identify new high-potential partners and strategically develop new segments.
  • Implement structured acquisition and expansion strategies (Warm & Cold Outreach).
  • Optimize pricing, conditions, and assortment logic based on data.
  • Initiate and realize cooperation and co-marketing measures with internal teams.
  • Represent the company at relevant partner events and industry meetings.
  • Ensure smooth processes and manage interfaces with logistics, production, and customer support.
  • Continuously develop CRM and sales processes with a focus on data quality and scalability.

Requirements

  • Ambitious, analytical sales personality with a desire to take responsibility and make a visible impact.
  • Experience in key account management, commercial partner success, or B2B sales, ideally in consumer-facing brands.
  • Able to negotiate and conduct discussions calmly and goal-oriented.
  • Entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset using KPIs and reports to manage business.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and digital tools, with a passion for structuring and automating processes.
  • Structured and self-organized work style, experienced in remote settings.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.
  • Willing to travel for trade shows and partner meetings.
