Overview

The HR Analytics Analyst advises and equips key stakeholders with human capital intelligence to inform real-time, accurate data that assists leadership in developing strategic solutions and decision-making.

• Provide data driven insights and analysis for all stages of the human capital lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Three years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, R).
• Experience in HRIS applications.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to tell stories with data.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines.
