US Paralegal (Bankruptcy Case Manager) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a US Paralegal (Bankruptcy Case Manager) skilled in assisting attorneys and managing the delivery of legal services in the office. The Paralegal is responsible for supporting attorneys and managing an assigned group of bankruptcy cases from intake through discharge.

In Short

• Support attorneys with document organization and case management.
• Prepare Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Cases using Best Case cloud software.
• Work independently with clients on document collection.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status.
• File cases electronically through the ECF court filing system.
• Attend weekly team meetings for case updates.
• Manage individual caseload independently.
• Prepare and serve court documents and written communications.
• Maintain organization of client files.
• Support attorneys with special projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bankruptcy Paralegal.
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and legal software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
