Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in system engineering, 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid background in network administration and architecture.
• Technical certifications preferred (A+, MCTS, CCNA).
• Ability to administer Azure and Entra ID.
• Experience with network diagnostic and analysis tools.
• Ability to design and administer Disaster Recovery Solutions.
• Willingness to learn and continue training toward industry certifications.
