This role is for a Professional IT Services organization that provides Managed Services, Cloud Solutions and IT Projects focused on the future office. The Lead Systems Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in system engineering, 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience working in customer environments with excellent relationship skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sharp troubleshooting skills and ability to multitask.
• Experience with network administration and architecture.
• Understanding of communication protocols and routing protocols.
• Knowledge of server design and management.
• Ability to design and implement security measures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn and maintain technical documentation.
