Overview

The Lead Systems Engineer at Boeing will support the Systems Engineering Integration and Test organization, focusing on developing and maintaining supplier requirements and proposals.

• Lead the development of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW) and Supplier Data Requirements Lists (SDRL).

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
• 9 or more years of related work experience.
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in technical evaluations and negotiations.
• Ability to develop contractually sound technical documents.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
