Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

The Accounting Manager will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting across all entities, leveraging the Companys integrated systems, including QuickBooks Online Advanced, Bill.com, and related tools.

In Short

• Maintain complete and accurate general ledgers in QuickBooks Online Advanced.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable through Bill.com.
• Coordinate payroll processing through Intuit Payroll.
• Prepare and execute month-end and year-end close checklists.
• Generate monthly financial packages including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Assist with external CPA and auditors for reviews or filings.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives for automation.
• Track sales, margins, and cash flow performance.
• Provide ad hoc reports on vendor spending and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in general accounting and bookkeeping.
• Proven experience managing QuickBooks Online Advanced and Bill.com.
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing documentation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams.
• Process-oriented mindset focused on improving workflows.
• Prior experience with U.S.-based clients is preferred.
