Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal with a strong background in employment and U.S labor law to join our growing legal team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the development of our legal tech product, and helping us deliver accurate, up-to-date legal information to our customers.

• Respond to customer legal queries in a clear, professional, and timely manner based on SLA requirements
• Develop and maintain legal content tailored to employment and labor law for HR professionals
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of legal content and data
• Monitor, track, and report on changes to employment and labor laws
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate legal insights
• Support legal research and process improvements
• Ensure the platform reflects current legal standards
• Enhance product reliability and customer trust
• Work closely with attorneys, product managers, and content specialists
