Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing various tasks related to project coordination, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

In Short

  • TAC Calls- Call Aruba Supports to report an issue
  • Reaching out to vendors for information and moving them over to a new network
  • Building out Meraki Dashboard Config to be compatible with Hilton Standards
  • Setup Wireless/Wired Connection Rooms for Hilton TV solution
  • Documentation of IPWs and conf tool screenshots
  • Device Information and management for Snap Imports/Port Forwards
  • Heatmap review and relay information to the engineer
  • Reach out to support for vendor RMAs to replace defective devices

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with engineering concepts and terminology.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
