  • Optimize MQL to SQL conversion rates.
  • Use data analytics to measure performance and refine strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience in sales or marketing.
  • Experience in building sales pipelines in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in outbound sales motions based on market data.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Marketing and Sales.
