Overview

As a Jr. Service Desk Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an established IT Service Desk team within our company and improve the productivity of all StackAdapt employees.

In Short

  • Support StackAdapt employees across diverse global locations.
  • Deliver IT support during a time of rapid growth.
  • Manage technology assets and provide user training.
  • Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues.
  • Resolve complex service requests and critical incidents.
  • Create and review knowledgebase articles.
  • Review operational IT processes for improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure quality resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Adhere to agreed-upon service level agreements.
  • Work in a mixed Mac and Windows environment.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and technical skills.
  • Experience in IT support or service desk roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
