Overview

The SBA Relationship Manager is responsible for originating SBA and USDA loans while maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of commercial lending experience.
  • 2 years of government lending experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyze financial information.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong sense of urgency and initiative.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
