Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

SPT Labtech is looking for an experienced remote based Field Service Engineer ideally located in the area of Copenhagen, Denmark. The role involves coordinating and managing emergency/preventive maintenance service calls in the Life Sciences industry.

In Short

• Responsible for scheduling and performing territory service work.
• Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Travel across mainland Europe, primarily serving Denmark.
• Provide on-site support for a range of products.
• Perform on-site installation and preventative maintenance.
• Manage accounts and perform reactive territory repair visits.
• Communicate product quality issues effectively.
• Work closely with Sales and Field Applications Specialists.

Requirements

• Exceptional time management skills.
• Self-motivated team player.
• Experience with sample management or liquid handling equipment.
• Ability to travel on short notice (at least 70% travel).
• Experience with electro-mechanical and automated systems.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Education equivalent to Engineering Apprenticeship and HNC, or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Valid Passport.
