Overview

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Revenue Operations Specialist for the Sales & Success team.

In Short

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for compensation or business operations inquiries.
  • Leverage AI to automate responses and processes.
  • Manage compensation exceptions and adjustments.
  • Own the intake, tracking, and resolution of rep onboarding, offboarding, and role change tickets.
  • Partner with Business Operations Analysts to resolve issues related to rep setup.
  • Prepare quota objects and quota files.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for compensation processes.
  • Support the revenue operations team with ad-hoc requests and projects.
  • Assist in meticulous data entry and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and the people team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field – OR – 1–2 years of experience in sales/business operations.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and ensure data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience managing workflows via ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
