Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and design systems literacy.
• Deep understanding of multi-step user journeys.
• Ability to translate business goals into effective user experiences.
• Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills balancing vision with execution.
