Overview

The Senior Account Executive - SMB, EU will identify and qualify new business opportunities in Europe's SMB market, leveraging strong prospecting skills to build relationships with key decision-makers and demonstrate how Sprinto can address their compliance challenges.

• Conduct needs analysis for prospective clients' GRC needs.
• Close leads from SMB EU market with ACV of 5-15K ARR.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry.
• Experience handling EU territory with SMB sales.
• Familiarity with advanced sales methodologies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Proficient with Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
