The Director of Global Sales, Mid-Market at Sprinto will spearhead efforts to scale our Mid-Market customer base, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• 5+ years leading Mid-Market sales teams.
• Experience in North America, EMEA, and/or APAC markets.
• Proven success in exceeding multi-million-dollar ARR targets.
• Expertise in sales processes and pipeline creation.
• Strong command of CRM and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to influence at the C-suite level.
• Thrives in high-growth environments.
• Collaborative approach to teamwork.
