Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing sales managers in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to hire and coach leaders and sales reps.
  • Understanding of pipeline management and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Executive-level communication skills.
  • Results-focused mindset with a bias for action.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales tech stacks.
  • Experience in transportation or logistics is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
