Overview

The Director of Enterprise Systems Engineering is responsible for leading a cross-functional team of engineers who establish, build and support enterprise software applications, focusing on transformation, scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• MS/BS degree in Computer Science with 8 years of management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS and recurring revenue processes.
• 3+ years as a Senior Engineer or Application Architect.
• Hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Security best practices.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration and optimization.
• Proven experience in managing hybrid models of onshore/offshore teams.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with DevOps and source code management tools.
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
