Overview

The Director of Systems Engineering leads the team responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of Intellum’s platform. They define and execute the technical vision for system operations, monitoring, and automation while improving the tools and infrastructure that enhance developer productivity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing systems engineering or DevOps teams.
• Proven expertise in system architecture and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in cloud computing (AWS/GCP) and Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with incident response and troubleshooting.
• Strong programming skills in Ruby or Python.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
