• Staff Accountant role focusing on cash collection and month-end close processes.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients.
• Apply customer payments to accounts receivable.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports.
• Book revenue journal entries in NetSuite.

• Complete balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with annual audit requests.

• 3+ years of finance and accounting experience needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience in a Staff Accountant role, preferably in SaaS.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible self-starter and team player.
• Curiosity and growth mindset.
• Experience using NetSuite and Maxio.
