The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for helping users reach their highest potential by educating them about products, industry standards, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in technical customer service or help desk support.
  • Experience with SaaS applications.
  • Basic knowledge of API, SSO, and SFTP troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to inspire confidence in clients.
  • Demonstrated proactive ownership of issues.
  • Professional fluency in English.
