Overview

Figma is looking for a Director, Mid-Market Sales to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketers, and brilliant business folks. You will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for the engagement, expansion and retention of our rapidly growing customer base.

In Short

  • Build, develop, and inspire an organization of hard-working Account Executives.
  • Interview, hire and train new team members.
  • Manage and analyze the performance of the Mid-Market segment.
  • Coach Sales Leaders and Account Executives through training programs.
  • Develop and refine growth and acquisition strategies.
  • Create strong internal partnerships with Marketing and Sales Leadership teams.
  • Be accountable for adding net new customers.
  • Work closely with the VP of Commercial Sales.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS Sales.
  • 4+ years in management; 2 years in second line leadership.
  • Strong experience leading sales teams of 40+ Account Executives.
  • Experience in a PLG organization and Mid-Market SaaS sales processes.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Understanding of the technical and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
