Overview

Sprinklr is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant to partner with the sales organization, leveraging advanced AI to deliver customized solutions that address complex business challenges across various customer-facing functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in enterprise and data architecture, especially in contact center environments.
• 5+ years of experience with software architecture in CCaaS systems.
• Expertise in implementing AI solutions for marketing technology.
• Strong knowledge of cloud contact center ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives and IT leads.
• Ability to connect customer architecture frameworks with Sprinklr solutions.
• Experience in multi-cloud architectures and data sharing.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud contact center technologies.
• Thought leadership in AI and customer engagement solutions.
