In Short

• Assist members through their mental health care journey.
• Utilize active listening and communication skills in English and Romanian.
• Manage care coordination needs and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and develop action plans.
• Provide support during member crises.
• Engage in intake and coaching services.
• Document patient interactions accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in training and special projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, or psychotherapist.
• 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
• Bilingual in English and Romanian.
• Comfortable using multiple computer platforms.
• Motivated to provide high-quality customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work Monday - Friday 6am-2pm EST.
