Overview

The Associate Director, Substance Use Disorder Programs will lead the growth and expansion of Spring Health’s Substance Use Disorder Program within Specialty Care.

In Short

• Lead the growth of the Substance Use Disorder Program.
• Serve as clinical lead for SUD providers and care navigation teams.
• Design and develop comprehensive SUD treatment programs.
• Track and report on program outcomes.
• Drive team performance on KPIs.
• Develop integrations with health plans.
• Support sales and account management teams.
• Manage external partner relationships.

Requirements

• Licensed behavioral health practitioner (psychologist, social worker, therapist, or counselor).
• Experience in direct care provision of substance use disorders.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments for SUD.
• Data-driven and research-informed.
• Experience working on interprofessional teams.
• Experience in clinical program management.
• 3+ years of experience managing clinical teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems.
