In Short

• Drive and own ongoing program management of complex customer initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success account team.
• Build rapport with customer main points of contact.
• Monitor and report on KPIs across programs.
• Develop high-quality project plans and progress reports.
• Act as the operational owner for customer accounts.
• Establish and manage customer expectations.
• Strong focus on risk management strategies.
• Willing to travel as needed (20-30%).
• Experience in healthcare is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing program/project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Expert relationship builder with stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization techniques.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong execution bias and strategic vision.
• Self-starter with a solution-focused mindset.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Looker (or similar tool) experience is a plus.
