Overview

The Workplace Violence Mitigation Program Manager will partner with the Enterprise WPVM Program Director to execute program strategy and manage operations, ensuring effective communication and oversight across various teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Project Management Certification within one year of hire.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage complex programs.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to establish collaborative relationships.
