Overview

The Clinician Services Analyst Senior is responsible for monitoring and analyzing KPIs to identify trends and transform data into actionable reports that support strategic decision-making within the healthcare organization.

Requirements

  • Licensure such as RHIA, HIT, CCS, or CPC required.
  • 5 years of experience in professional coding.
  • Advanced knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT/HCPCS.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
  • Experience with Epic and reporting tools.
