Requirements

• 2 - 3+ years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience.
• Real estate license preferred, where applicable.
• Strong people skills and previous real estate experience preferred.
• Some experience with debt collections or finance principles is an asset.
• Experience with CRM or agent management systems preferred.
• Background in customer service or operations support roles.
• Familiarity with compliance, audit, or regulatory processes.
• Experience working in remote or distributed team environments.
• Comfort with documenting workflows and using various tools.
