Senior Analyst - Procurement Services - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Sourcing Analyst will execute services for a sourcing project, managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring effective communication with clients and suppliers.

In Short

• Provides sourcing services (RFP, RFI, RFQ) to clients.
• Manages 7-12 simple and/or intermediate projects simultaneously.
• Supports teammates on various sourcing activities.
• Performs due diligence and validation on project requests.
• Prepares bid packages and publishes them to suppliers.
• Researches and identifies suppliers as required.
• Analyzes proposals and presents summaries to clients.
• Maintains project documentation and status updates.
• Participates in peer reviews for quality and compliance.
• Supports other procurement and sourcing services as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in operational, procurement, or sourcing roles.
• Strong customer service orientation and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to summarize information and follow documented processes.
• Strong team player with project management proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in eSourcing tools.
• General knowledge of sourcing/procurement fundamentals.
