Senior Analyst, Managed Services - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Analyst, you will lead and support various delivery services provided by the Managed Services team to our customers, overseeing claims processing, contract maintenance, data management, and customer interactions.

In Short

• Lead and support delivery services for Managed Services customers.
• Oversee claims processing and contract maintenance.
• Perform formulary and data validation.
• Analyze rebate calculations and resolve disputes.
• Provide trend insights and execute reporting activities.
• Support ongoing customer relationships.
• Identify process improvements.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Medicaid or Managed Care rebates.
• Collaborate with team members on various initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of pharmaceutical experience in commercial and government contracting.
• Experience with Managed Care or Medicaid rebates.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Technical skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Experience with Revitas Flex, Model N, iContracts, or BPI Contracts is preferred.
