In Short

• Lead and grow the TED-Ed Student Talks program.
• Own the entire program lifecycle from strategic direction to execution.
• Supervise a Program Coordinator and delegate operational tasks.
• Manage day-to-day program operations and workflows.
• Develop and lead online engagement strategies for educators.
• Oversee customer support strategy and AI chatbot implementation.
• Plan and execute TED-Ed events.
• Track and analyze program performance metrics.
• Generate actionable reports for strategic decisions.
• Optimize workflows and documentation for program efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years in program or project management, preferably in education.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Tech-savvy with experience in relevant tools like Airtable and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to analyze data to improve program performance.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technology issues.
• Experience in event planning or educator engagement is a plus.
• Passion for TED’s mission and education initiatives.
