Overview

As Manager, Payer Integrations, you will oversee Spring Health’s payer integration portfolio—owning performance for the CSN book of business, leading a growing team of Payer Integration Managers, and driving high-quality, on-time integrations with health plans and TPAs.

In Short

• Own a portfolio of payer integrations, driving clean claims and faster payments.
• Set and achieve key metrics including clean-claim rate and denial reductions.
• Lead and grow a team of Payer Integration Managers.
• Manage end-to-end payer launches across various systems.
• Identify and resolve barriers in claims logic and provider data.
• Partner across departments to create repeatable playbooks.
• Build and evolve a payer KPI dashboard.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
• Lead special projects translating learnings into scalable practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in payer integrations or healthcare implementation.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Expert knowledge of payer operations and claims adjudication.
• Hands-on expertise with HIPAA/EDI and clearinghouses.
• Demonstrated success leading integration projects end-to-end.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
