Overview

The WorkPlace Project Manager (WPPM) will manage large and special projects related to the BMS WorkPlace Program, including mass staff relocations, building renovations, and site closures.

• Manage large projects for the BMS WorkPlace Program.
• Oversee mass staff relocations, building renovations, and site closures.
• Build and execute project schedules.
• Collaborate with various departments including IT, Engineering, and Facilities.
• Run integrated project team meetings.
• Develop integrated project status reports.
• Proactively identify key issues and risks.
• Follow PMO standards for project execution.
• Assist in training and growth of other project managers.
• Projects will span both US and International locations.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in leading complex Infrastructure or Workplace Renovation projects.
• 5+ years proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to conceptualize projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage aggressive timelines.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated effective project management skills.
• Ability to manage project scope, budget, and risks.
• Establish strong working relationships with team members.
