• Own the end-to-end management and successful delivery of projects.
• Set expectations, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex inputs into actionable plans.
• Help teams navigate ambiguity and change.
• Identify risks and lead with solutions.
• Host engaging meetings.
• Clear paths and remove blockers for the team.
• Understand the “why” behind the work.
• Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to develop PMO processes.
• 3-5 years of project or program management experience required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in cybersecurity is a bonus.
• Familiarity with internal operations teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
