Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in operations or provider management.
• 4+ years in healthcare settings.
• Experience in process optimization in complex environments.
• Strong project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with data evaluation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity.
