In Short

  • Design and execute an enablement program for Channel and Payer teams.
  • Create and deliver training experiences for partners.
  • Develop cross-functional relationships to understand partner needs.
  • Provide insights and training materials on product value propositions.
  • Ensure constant communication and project management.
  • Improve partner learning content based on feedback.
  • Build sales tools like presentations and training guides.
  • Support partner satisfaction and new bookings targets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B, Partner Sales and/or Enablement experience.
  • Experience with SaaS sales and customer success roles.
  • Knowledge of Google Office Suite and Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong understanding of GTM sales motions.
  • Proactive project management skills.
  • Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
