In Short

• Support proposal responses for B2B and public sector clients.
• Write and edit persuasive, compliant responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and Account Executives on proposals.
• Work cross-functionally with SMEs to source content.
• Ensure alignment with brand voice and value propositions.
• Format and proofread final deliverables.
• Participate in proposal debriefs for quality improvement.
• Coordinate with Proposal Content Manager for content updates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proposal writing experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with RFP response tools.
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools.
• Experience compiling formal response packages.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
