Overview

Spring Health is looking for a growth-minded Lifecycle Marketing Lead, D2C to own and optimize the end-to-end journey for our direct-to-consumer (D2C) Spring members.

In Short

  • Own and optimize the D2C member lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing journeys.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, preferably Iterable.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative and resourceful with a testing orientation.
  • Genuine passion for mental health.
