In Short

  • Responsible for all Lifecycle Marketing across the patient journey.
  • Drive user growth and increase patient LTV.
  • Build email and SMS programs from scratch.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Define key Lifecycle metrics and set goals.
  • Lead customer segmentation strategy.
  • Focus on conversion, retention, and reactivation.
  • Work closely with designers and email coders.
  • Passionate about nutrition and healthcare.
  • Full-time role open to NYC or remote candidates.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with email and SMS campaigns.
  • Proven track record in improving marketing metrics.
  • Experience in the health/medical space preferred.
  • Ability to manage designers and email coders.
  • Experience with data analyses and customer research.
  • Strong understanding of customer segments.
  • Passionate about food as medicine.
