In Short

• Lead a team of 4-5 CRM specialists
• Plan and deliver CRM campaigns
• Ensure seamless CRM stack integration
• Build and scale segmented lifecycle programs
• Drive sustained engagement
• Improve long-term retention
• Increase customer lifetime value (LTV)
• Work closely with Martech, Data, and Product teams
• Report to the Director of Growth Marketing
• Enjoy freedom and responsibility in the role

Requirements

• Experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and metrics
• Proven track record in marketing strategy
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in the beauty, health, or wellness industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills
