Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of design experience, including creative leadership.
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic design work.
• Expertise in brand systems and campaign design.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Curious and passionate about problem-solving through design.
