Overview

The Regional Sales Manager’s (RSM) primary responsibility is to meet/exceed the company’s sales goals within the assigned territory (Columbus, Toledo, south of Dayton).

  • Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders

  • Work with surgeons for presentations and case studies
  • Remain current with accreditation requirements
  • Coordinate hospital product approval processes
  • Assist with training of surgeons and hospital staff

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in orthopedic or medical device sales
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Ability to concept sell novel products
  • Success in a start-up environment
  • Customer and account profiling ability
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Professional references from previous supervisors
  • High initiative and self-directed orientation
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
